Three golden-fried potato puffs topped with a rich Mornay sauce and crumbled bacon. $7.95


Fresh Garden Salad
Fresh greens with tomato, shredded carrots, and sliced cucumber with choice of: Ranch, Honey Mustard, Blue Cheese, Thousand Island, Italian, or Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Beaumont Caesar
Crispy hearts of Romaine lettuce tossed in our homemade Caesar dressing with garlic croutons, topped with Shredded Parmesan, served with a Parm crisp and Calamata olives.

Mary’s Spinach Salad
Fresh Spinach mixed with field greens, topped with candied walnuts, fresh strawberries, and a Sweet Poppy Dressing.


Oven-Roasted Duck Breast
Six to eight ounce duck breast, oven roasted medium-rare, sliced thin over a Cherry-Port Wine Reduction. $24.95

Our Famous “Yellow-Legged” Fried Chicken
Fresh fryer quarters lightly seasoned and fried in the Beaumont tradition. $18.95

Grilled Chairman’s Reserve Ribeye
Ten to twelve ounce grilled Chairman’s Reserve Ribeye served with a side of Henry Bain sauce. $28.95

Pan-Seared Fresh Salmon Filet
Six to eight ounce fresh salmon filet, pan-seared and topped with a Dill Aioli. $22.95

Veal Liver
Chuck Dedman’s favorite! Provimi Veal liver, seasoned and lightly sautéed finished off with crispy bacon and caramelized onions. $22.95

Sautéed Crab Cakes
Two four ounce house made crab cakes topped with Chipotle Aioli. $24.95

Two-Year-Old Kentucky-Cured Country Ham
A generous helping of our famous country ham, sliced thin and served at room temperature. $18.95

A combination of our Two-Year-Old Kentucky-Cured Country Ham and our famous “Yellow-Legged” Fried Chicken. $20.95

Mercer County-Grown New York Strip
An eight ounce, aged New York Strip from Montgomery Farms located here in Mercer County topped with toasted onions. $24.95

Southern Fried Catfish
Tender catfish filet breaded in our house-made traditional southern style, fried to a golden brown and served with homemade tartar sauce. $18.95

Herb-Encrusted Pork Loin
Two 4 oz. thyme and cornbread encrusted pork loin medallions, pan-seared and topped with a Burgundy wine demi-glaze. $20.95
