Our Famous “Yellow-Legged” Fried Chicken
Fresh fryer quarters, hand-seasoned in the traditional Beaumont fashion, lightly floured and fried crispy golden. $16.95
Shrimp Provencal
Five Tiger shrimp, tossed with Penne pasta and red and green bell pepper, ripe olives and onion, all sautéed in white wine and olive oil. $18.95

Veal Liver

Macadamia Encrusted Salmon

Two-Year-Old Kentucky-Cured Country Ham
A Beaumont signature that spends the second year of it’s aging on the property is thinly sliced and served at room temperature. $16.95

A 16 to 18 ounce Chairman’s Reserve Bone-In Ribeye, grilled to order and served with a side of Henry Bain sauce. $28.95

A combination of our Two-Year-Old Kentucky-Cured Country Ham and “Yellow-Legged” Fried Chicken. $18.95
Herb-Encrusted Pork Loin
Two 4 oz. thyme and cornbread encrusted pork loin medallions, pan-seared and topped with a Rosemary demi-glaze. $18.95
Chicken Supreme
Three 3 oz. boneless breasts of chicken, topped with bacon and an assortment of wild mushrooms, then a creamy Mornay sauce. $19.95
Entrée price includes Fresh Garden or Beaumont Caesar Salad. Add $2.95 for Mixed Green, Greek, or Bibb Salads with purchase of entrée.
