Ten to twelve ounce Chairman’s Reserve Ribeye served with a side of Henry Bain.
Grilled Fresh Salmon $32.95
Six to eight ounce grilled fresh salmon filet topped with choice of:
Dill Aioli or Pesto Butter.
Chef Jerry’s Chicken Marsala $30.95
Lightly breaded and sautéed chicken breasts topped with a Wild Mushroom and Marsala wine reduction.
Seafood Stuffed Filet of Sole $34.95
Tender Sole filet with a Seafood stuffing topped with a sweet Chili Hollandaise.
Roast Prime Rib of Beef $38.95
Ten to twelve ounce portions of slow-roasted, tender Prime Rib of Beef served au jus.
Herb-Encrusted Pork Loin $30.95
Two three to four once herb-encrusted pork loin filets, pan-seared and served with a red wine demi-glaze.

Three ounce filet mignon topped with our house filet butter, and a four ounce pan-seared crab cake topped with Chipotle Aioli.
