MID-WEEK PACKAGE – WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY NIGHTS
Great bargains for those who can travel mid-week. The package includes your Evening Dinner, Lodging and Full Southern Breakfast in the dining room. Don’t wait, select your date and enjoy the rate! In-season rate: From $179-$250 double occupancy. Off-season rate: From $162-$232 double occupancy. Available after March 1, 2010. (Some date restrictions apply.)
CELEBRATE YOUR ANNIVERSARY OR BIRTHDAY PACKAGE
Pamper that special person on a most important occasion! This package includes a deluxe King or Queen size bedded room, Evening Dinner and Full Southern Breakfast in the Main Dining Room. In addition, to add that special ambiance, we include a bottle of champagne, chocolates and flowers in the room upon arrival! Package price: From $260 double occupancy. THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY PACKAGE – NOVEMBER 24-27
Looking for a place to spend the Holiday with other folks or family away from the hustle and bustle of the city? Would you like to spend some time by the fireplace reading a good book while someone else wrestles with the Turkey? Well, we can help! Why not spend it with us? We offer a three-night package beginning on Wednesday night extending through to Saturday, which gets you back home before the traffic snarls on Sunday. The package includes Evening Dinner in the Main Dining Room on either Wednesday or Friday evening, our famous Thanksgiving Dinner on Thursday, Full Southern Breakfast each morning (Thursday through Saturday) and three nights lodging (Wednesday through Friday). Please note: One night is on your own for dinner as we thought some folks might want to experience the TAVERN for an evening. Package price: $502-$706 double occupancy. It’s a great time, so don’t delay! (Package also available for Thursday through Saturday nights.)
COME HOME TO CHRISTMAS WEEKEND PACKAGE – DECEMBER 3-5
This most popular weekend package includes two nights Lodging, Evening Dinner either Friday or Saturday in the Main Dining Room (one night on your own for dinner) with a Full Southern Breakfast Saturday and Sunday mornings in the Main Dining Room. Special festive events at the Inn include Friday afternoon Innkeepers Tea/Cocktail reception in the Double Parlors and a Saturday evening Holiday musical presentation to put you in the Christmas spirit! This weekend is highlighted by the Harrodsburg Historical Society’s award winning Homes Tour (tour tickets not included) as well as the town’s many other annual festivities making this a most enjoyable weekend. DISCOVER KENTUCKY WEEKEND PACKAGE
For our Beaumont friends seeking a journey into Central Kentucky’s rich history and legendary traditions, we offer this special weekend package. Whether your interests are genealogy, antiques, scenic horse farms, Bluegrass music, small town Kentucky charm, Kentucky Bourbon, or hand-rolled Kentucky cigars, we want to be your host and haven. This package includes two nights Lodging, Evening Dinner either Friday or Saturday in the Main Dining Room (one night on your own for dinner) with a Full Southern Breakfast Saturday and Sunday mornings in the Main Dining Room. Package price: $294-$423 double occupancy. Package available – March, November (excluding Thanksgiving Holiday weekend), December 10-12 & 17-19.
Please note:
- All packages include Dinner and Full Southern Breakfast served in the Main Dining Room unless otherwise noted.
- All package Dinners in the Main Dining Room have a food value credit of $60 per couple.
- All packages exclude taxes and gratuities. Gratuities are left to your discretion except where noted.
- Published package prices vary according to room category.
- Package events are subject to change or substitution.
- Our deposit policy for a “Two Night Minimum” weekend or a “Special Package” weekend requires a first night’s lodging rate as a deposit on each room reserved. This deposit is refundable less $20.00 per room cancellation/processing fee if the entire reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to the day of scheduled arrival. Any cancellation of the entire reservation after the 30 day deadline but prior to 14 days of scheduled arrival will warrant a deposit refund less a $50.00 per room late cancellation/ processing fee. All deposits are non-refundable after the 14 days deadline. At any time, should you decide to reduce your two-night stay by one night, the entire deposit will be applied against the cancelled room night.
