Entrée Salads

Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad 9
This salad has made a return. It’s chopped Romaine, garlic croutons, Parmesan cheese all tossed in our tangy Caesar dressing, served with a breadstick and grilled chicken to boot. Et tu Brute?

Chicken Finger Salad 10
You true Taverners will remember this. Y’all were on this like fat kids on cake. For those of you new to this salad, it is fresh garden salad mix, tomatoes, carrots, cheese, cucumbers, chopped country ham, cottage cheese, and crispy fried chicken fingers. You can dance if you want to.

Homemade chunky chicken salad, with sides of fresh fruit slices and cottage cheese.

Sandwiches
(Served with choice of two sides.)

Big George’s or Uncle Reb’s Burger 8
Big George’s burger comes topped with Cheddar cheese and bacon, whereas Uncle Reb’s burger comes Black’n’Blue (i.e. sprinkled with blackened seasoning and topped with bleu cheese). Both are served with lettuce, tomato, onion, and a pickle spear.

Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich 9
The thing about this barbeque, is that we can say, without question, the special ingredient here is love. It’s made with love, lots and lots of love.

Traditional Kentucky Hot Brown 10
Toast points, roasted turkey breast, country ham, tomato slices, all covered in a rich Mornay sauce, and topped with crispy bacon.

Hot Beaumont 10
This is our take on the Hot Brown. The Hot Beaumont is toast points, roasted pork loin, tomato slices, all covered in a Dijon Cream sauce. Good enough to make you wanna draw back and slap somebody.

Fried Chicken Fingers 9
Five large slices of chicken breast that have been double breaded in our secret breading, and fried golden brown. Note: These are fried slices of boneless chicken breast. The use of the word ‘finger’ is only a reference to the shape.

Southern Fried Catfish 9
Tender catfish filet in seasoned corn meal, fried golden brown and served with homemade tartar sauce. We’d put our catfish up against any catfish in the world, and we think you may agree.

(Served with a side of our famous corn pudding, and two additional side items.)

Frozen Fruit Salad 9
A Beaumont classic served on a bed of crisp leaf lettuce with country ham biscuits.

Chicken Croquettes 9
Homemade croquettes topped with a rich cream sauce.

Our Famous “Yellow-Legged Fried Chicken 10
Fresh fryer quarters, lightly seasoned and prepared in the Beaumont tradition.

Two Year Old Country Ham 9
Salt cured, hickory smoked, thinly sliced and served at room temperature.
